The school is located smack dab in the middle of a relatively large uncharted island in Salem Sound. It is protected by muggle repelling charms. These are the grounds of the island

The Antlantic Serpent, and other water-dwelling species, are the cousins of Dragons. The Antlantic Serpent is known to be a friendly creature, and often welcome witches and wizards into their dens. Just be careful during mating season, they get a little testy then. They nest in the caves at the far side of the island

The devilspore is a brilliant red, or alternately blue, flower. It's used in american healing potions. If the petals are ingested they can give the person energy. Except, the red ones are good for you in the spring and summer. The blue ones can be deadly in the right amounts. In the winter and fall the opposite is true

This is the all houses common room. Go here to chill out, get some homework done, and things of that nature.

What's a university without a coffee shop? It's open twenty four seven for the early bird and the night owl, and it's the best coffee you'll ever taste.

Everything from muggle to wizarding literature, textbooks and reference books, even a few Faerie and Goblin books too. They have anything a student might need to succeed in school.

Everything from Muggle science, to Potions, to Wizarding medicine is taught here. Classes will be added as professors arrive.

Brave and Loyal to those closest to them. That's what the House of Pegasus stands for. Their dorms are located in the west tower of the school.

Hardworking and trustworthy folk spend their days here. Their dorms are located in the west wing.

The Intelligent and witty spend their time here. Their dorms are located in the east tower.

The ambitious and cunning spend their time here. Their dorms are located in the east wing.

Andy's has two storefronts. One side for muggles, and around back is the wizarding storefront. Andy works very hard to keep these two sides seperate.

The back side is hidden with muggle repelling charms.

Benny's is the favorite sweet shop in Salem for witches and wizards. It, like all magic shops, are hidden to muggles.

Jerry's has good food and serves virgin drinks to students making it a popular place to hang out. They have a live performer in nearly every night.

Chimaera has always been a rough and tumble kind of place. The people who frequent there are pleasant enough as long as you don't insult them, or cheat at pool or poker. The bartenders occasionally overlooks their customer's age for a drink or two, before sending student on their way.

The wizarsding zoo. American species as well as species from around the world are located here. They are best known for having every breed of water serpent known to wizard. They do not have any dragons, however, you have to go to Romania for that still.

Webb Alley is not somewhere you would like to be caught in. They sell some nearly illegal items, and a lot more actually illegal items, but those aren't acknowledged.

This is where all official business of the Unites States Wizarding world goes down. They have several offshoots throughout the state but this is the main building.

The most extensive wizarding library in, arguably, the world. It's a popular library, and tourist spot. Many of the older books are for reference use only.Paintings of Ambrose Warwick still scold people who abuse his books.
